Exterior Cladding is mostly complete and interior insulation follows quickly behind.
Overhead doors are noticeably larger both in width and height as compared to the Fort Car Wash, to maximize vehicle capacity.
Heat will be poured into the building upon Exterior Cladding completion to thaw out the floor. Piping and Sump placement will occur inside and then floor will be poured. Once the floor has cured, the mechanical, electrical, and equipment installations can all take place.

As learned during the Fort Car Wash construction, only galvanized materials are to be used to ensure that rusting and decay of the structural members can be minimized.
